AMBOY — Gladys J. Eich, 88, of Amboy, died Saturday, Nov. 21, 2020 at Franklin Grove Living and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born July 31, 1932 in Amboy, the daughter of Carl and Freida (Jacobs) Brown. She was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Amboy. Gladys worked at the Amboy Rug Factory for several years.

She married LeRoy Eich and he preceded her in death.

She was also preceded in death by her parents

She is survived by two sons, Roger Eich, of Amboy, and Ronald Eich, of Gold Bar, Wash.; and two grandchildren, Krista Eich and Nicole Bartel. She is also survived by one step daughter, Bev (Ken) Collaton, of Rockford.

Cremation rites have been accorded. Burial of cremains will be at 11 a.m., on Thursday, Dec. 3, 2020, at Prairie Repose Cemetery in Amboy with Pastor Barb Otten officiating.
