AMBOY – Gloria A. Anderson, 83 of Amboy, passed away on Sunday Sep. 29, 2024 at her daughters home in Amboy.

Visitation will be at 10 a.m.-noon Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2024 at the Mihm-Jones Funeral Home in Amboy. Funeral services will be at noon Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2024 at the Mihm-Jones Funeral Home in Amboy. Anderson was born on June 3, 1941 in DePue, the daughter of Leslie and Vivian (Foster) Arbuckle.

Gloria worked for the Amboy Hospital, Mendota Lutheran Home for 13 years, and was a home health care aid prior to her retirement.

She married Leonard B. Anderson on June 16, 1957 in Geneseo. Gloria is preceded in death by her husband on Sep. 26, 2015. She is also preceded in death by her son Randall Anderson, four brothers, two sisters, one grandson, and son-in-law Jay Bulfer.

Gloria is survived by her three children Vicky Bulfer of Amboy, Dan (Cindy) Anderson of Amboy, Mike (Mary) Anderson of Amboy, seven grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
