SUBLETTE — Randy A. Jackson, 66, of Sublette, died on May 22, 2021 as a result of an automobile accident.

Private funeral services will be at the Hurst Funeral Home in La Salle with Rev. Betty Delgado officiating.

Randy was born in Princeton on May 21, 1955 to Richard and Louise (Lievins) Jackson. He graduated from Mendota High School. On Sept. 11, 1983, he married Pemela Barto in Peru. He retired from Illinois Cement after working there for 36 years.

Randy was a sportsman and loved the outdoors. He created, along with his wife of many, many years, his dream farm.

Randy is survived by his wife, Pemela, of Sublette; parents, Richard and Louise Jackson, of Mendota; one daughter, Lisa (Brian) Fenwick, of Sublette; three sons, Bradley (Angie) Jackson, of Mendota, Tyler (Laura) Jackson, of Amboy, and Trent Jackson, of Sublette; 14 grandchildren, Grace, Luke, Jacob, Pearl, Faith, Kade, Kilah, Landen, Kensley, Brison, Ella, Keagan, Hadlee, and Kamryn; one sister, Sharon Bliss; one brother, Mike (Karen) Jackson; aunts; uncles; cousins; many friends; and his loyal companion PJ.
