GLEN ELLYN — Jane Ann Hellman (Mihm) (everyone called her Ann), beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2020 due to a long battle with bone cancer.

GLEN ELLYN — Jane Ann Hellman (Mihm) (everyone called her Ann), beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2020 due to a long battle with bone cancer. 

She is survived by her husband, Bill Hellman; and their children, Beth (Kevin), Marty (Barbara), Diane (Tom) and Ed (Emily); her 11 grandchildren and 5.5 great grandchildren; and her brothers, Martin (Nancy), and Mike (Lan), and her sister in law, Sylvia. 

She was proceeded in her death by her parents, Martin and Frances (Morrissey) Mihm, and her brother, Bill, sister in law, Judy Mihm and niece, Tracy. 

Ann and Bill were married 67 years and resided in Glen Ellyn most of their married life. Once Bill retired, they enjoyed traveling including Ireland, London, Denver, Georgia and Florida. Ann was an avid bridge player and enjoyed teaching her grandchildren how to play Rummy, Tripoli and Kings in the Corner. 

A celebration of life will be planned for 2021.
