OREGON – The Amboy High School golf teams have been given their assignments for the regional tournament.
The boys will compete in the Oregon Class 1A Regional on Tuesday, Oct. 6 at Silver Ridge Golf Course. Other schools in the tournament include Erie, Fulton Bureau Valley, Morrison, Oregon, Polo, Port Byron Riverdale, Indian Creek and Sterling Newman.
The girls’ regional will also take place at Silver Ridge on Wednesday, Oct. 7. Also in the competition will be Dixon, Erie, Fulton, Geneseo, Bureau Valley, Morrison, Oregon, Polo, Port Byron Riverdale, Princeton, Rochelle, Rock Falls, Rock Island Alleman and Sterling Newman.
Advancement to the sectional and the sectional sites have not been determined by the Illinois High School Association.
