In July 1999, Amboy High School was constructing a brand ne track for its track and field athletes.
Fast forward 25 years later, July 2024, and the same scen scenario is in the works. After 25 years of service, the track was ripped up and is going to be replaced with a brand new surface.
The long jump pits, which were behind an endzone on the football field, are now behind the visitor bleachers.
