LEE COUNTY — The Lee County Health Department announces 66 new positive cases between Sept. 28 and Oct. 4, with five residents hospitalized.
Here are the ages that were reported: 14 under the age of 12, 10 in his or her teens, 6 in his or her 20s, 3 in his or her 30s, 8 in his or her 40s, 6 in his or her 50s, 14 in his or her 60s, and 6 in his or her 70s.
This brings the total number of cases to 4,470 as of Oct. 4.

Vaccine
As of Oct. 11, according to IDPH 34,793 does of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in Lee County, and a total of 17,721 people in Lee County are fully vaccinated, which is 51.78 percent of the population.
