LEE COUNTY — The Lee County Health Department announces 58 new positive cases between Nov. 23-29. Here are the ages that were reported: 9 under the age of 12, 7 in his or her teens, 10 in his or her 20s, 5 in his or her 30s, 9 in his or her 40s, 5 in his or her 50s, 8 in his or her 60s, 4 in his or her 70s, and 1 on his or her 80s. Less than 5 residents are currently hospitalized.
The Lee County Health Department’s website has a COVID-19 section, including information for people who have tested positive.
Vaccine
As of Nov. 19, according to IDPH 41,644 doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in Lee County, and a total of 18,458 people in Lee County are fully vaccinated, which is 53.93 percent of the population. A total of 5,459 people have received the vaccine booster shot.
