The Amboy Lady Clippers rolled to an 11-1 win over Pecatonica on May 11. AHS scored three runs in the sixth inning to win by the 10-run rule.
Haley Varga ripped a home run and added a single for the Lady Clippers. Karlee Doege added a pair of doubles, while Kylie Highbarger and Delaney Wilhelm had two singles apiece.
Doege went the distance in the circle, allowing just three hits and striking out seven.
Amboy improved to 20-3 overall and 14-2 in the conference.
