AMBOY — Bernadine Willstead and Mark Hittlet were united in marriage on Sept. 15, 2018, at the Lincolnway Inn Bed and Breakfast in Franklin Grove.

The bride is the daughter of Eileen Lauts, of Amboy, and the late Gene Lauts. The groom is the son of the late Fred and Louise Hittlet.

The Matron of Honor was Roxy Noble Stenzel.

The Best Man was Rick Shoemaker.

A reception was held at the Lincolnway Inn Bed and Breakfast in Franklin Grove.

The bride is a 1983 graduate of Amboy High School, and attended Sauk Valley Community College earning a Marketing certificate. She is employed by Allied Locke Industries and the City of Amboy.

The groom is a 1974 graduate of Dixon High School. He attended Sauk Valley Community College, and retired from Commonwealth Edison/Exelon.

The couple will be taking a honeymoon to Charleston, S.C., in the future.

The couple resides in Amboy and Dixon.
