SUBLETTE – On Main Street, at the west corner of the open lot between La Fiesta and Leffelman & Associates, a crafted, wooden library is open for book checkout and delivery.
“It’s something that we voted on in November 2023. The Sublette Township Board talked about different projects we could do,” said Annette Bonnell, who is involved with Sublette’s Local Government Efficiency Act Team. “I mentioned I had seen little libraries around. I think they’re pretty cool. It’s cute. It’s the best one I’ve ever seen. People are using it all the time.”
The library was built by Chris Leffelman, stained and varnished by Kim Leffelman, and Lisa Fenwick constructed the lettering on the glass.
