A two-round boxing match was just one of the highlights of the Amboy Fire Department’s 145th anniversary on Saturday night. The featured butter bean boxing match saw Tommy Patel from Amboy Food and Liquor take on Amboy Police Chief Jeff Blake. Amboy Mayor John Schamberger was the referee.
