Amboy Depot Days Car Show Committee Treasurer Jim Phelps, left, presents a check for $2,000 to Gary Mason, President of the Ashton Lions Club. The funds will be used to Christmas shopping with 23 local children. The Lions spend approximately $150 per child, and then after shopping, treat them to a party and gift certificates. The Amboy Depot Days Car Show Committee will be donating about $66,000 to local organizations this year.
