LINCOLNWOOD — Jeanette Worsley Auman will be celebrating her 95th birthday on June 13, 2021.
Originally from Amboy, she moved with her family during her sophomore year to Walnut, graduating in 1944 and then graduated from Ward Belmont College in Nashville, Tenn.
She married Ned Auman and resided in the Rockford/Belvidere area into 2020 during which time she taught at John Nelson Grade School until her retirement.
Her children are Nancy of Nashville, Tenn.; Brent of Mesa, Ariz.; Jeffery of San Francisco, Calif. and Susan of Lincolnwood. She is the granddaughter and niece of former local centenarians Grace Scott and Louis Scott, respectively.
