AMBOY — Members of Amboy High School Class of 1959 are invited to join classmates in celebration of their 60th class reunion.
The first event of the weekend will be to ride with classmates on Class of 1959 float in Amboy High School Homecoming Parade on Friday, Sept. 20. Arrive at Amboy High School at 1:30 p.m. Bring own lawn chair and candy for spectators. Parade line-up is at 1:45 and the parade starts at 2 p.m.
The AHS Homecoming Game will be held at 7:30 p.m., on Friday, Sept. 20.
At 2 p.m., on Saturday, Sept. 21, the class will take a guided tour of the old Amboy High School (current Amboy Junior High)
The reunion will be held at the Long Branch Saloon, Amboy. The schedule of events is as follows:
3 p.m. Check-in and Cocktails
3:30 p.m. Class of 1959 Picture by On3 Photo
4 p.m. Class Reunion Dinner
Each person pay for their own/Dutch Treat.

The Class of 1959 have been unable get addresses of following classmates: Bill Hicks, Charlene Bloomquist Henderson and Barbara Urbaniak Devary. Any assistant in locating them would be appreciated.
