AMBOY – The annual spring tradition of the Cliff Walter Easter Egg Hunt took place on Saturday, April 19 at Amboy City Park.
The Easter Bunny was there. Eggs were everywhere. And tons of kids ran through the park picking up as many of them as their baskets could contain.
The winners of the egg collecting contest are pictured.
Emma Kearse was the winner for the 2-3 year olds, while Knox Kessel was second. Blake Kessel was third in the littlest division.
The 4-5 year olds were excited for the Easter egg hunt as Lincoln Riley won, Madeline Crownhart was second, and Hudson Barlow was third.
The 6-7 year old contest winners as Ryleigh Wolf found the most eggs, Ava Montavon was next, and Eli Crownhart was third.
The oldest group, 8, 9, and 10 year olds made sure they captured all the eggs they could to earn first, second, and third as well.
Marley Silva was first, Emmett Muetze was second, and Adah Kant came in third.
The Cliff Walter Easter Egg Hunt is organized and ran by the Amboy Lions Club, who contributed the photos.
