AMBOY – The Amboy Lady Clippers will host the Amboy Class 1A Regional Softball Tournament to be held May 13, 14, 15, 17.
Amboy is the third seed in the sub-sectional and will open post-season play against Kewanee Wethersfield on Wednesday, May 15 at 4:30 p.m. If the Lady Clippers defeat Wethersfield, they will advance to the regional championship game on Friday, May 17 at 4:30 p.m.
The winner of the Amboy Regional will move on to the Williamsfield Sectional to take on the survivor of the Woodhull (AlWood) Regional at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 21. The other two sectional teams will be the champions from the Putnam County and Biggsville (West Central) regionals.

Tuesday, May 14
2 – (2) Henry (H.-Senachwine) vs. Winner Game 1 – 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday, May 15
3 – (3) Amboy vs. (6) Kewanee (Wethersfield) [Coop] – 4:30 p.m.
Friday, May 17
4 – Winner Game 2 vs. Winner Game 3 – 4:30 p.m. (championship)
