PERU – The Amboy Lady Clippers will compete in the Peru St. Bede Class 1A Girls’ Regional Basketball Tournament to be held Feb. 15, 18, 20.

Action will begin on Saturday, Feb. 15 with two play-in games. Amboy will take the floor on Tuesday, Feb. 18 against the winner of the Putnam County-Earlville contest. Tip time is 6 p.m. at St. Bede Academy.

The semifinal-round winners will meet for the regional championship at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20.

The winner of the St. Bede Regional will advance to the Hinckley-Big Rock Sectional to play the winner of the Chicago Morgan Park Academy Regional at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25.

The sectional championship is Thursday, Feb. 27 at 6 p.m.
