AMBOY - The Amboy Lions Club will host Dr. Kelly Klein, OD, as part of their Monday, March 11, meeting. The public is invited to join the club at 7:30 p.m. at the Amboy Community Center, 280 W. Wasson Rd., to hear Dr. Klein’s half-hour presentation, “Take a Closer Look Into Your Medications.” The program will include information on how various medications can affect your eyes.

A 2001 graduate of Amboy High School and a 2009 honors graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Dr. Klein has been with Katherine Shaw Bethea Hospital since 2014. She resides in Amboy with her husband, Dr. Brandon Klein, and their four children.
Dr. Klein’s office is at the Lawless Eye and Vision Center, 511 Palmyra St., in Dixon. The Center specializes in diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of eye conditions, such as: cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, retinal tears, diabetic retinopathy and dry eyes.
