CLERMONT, Fla. – Christine M. Mini, 77, formerly of Sublette, IL, died Thursday, Nov. 21, 2024, in Clermont, FL.

Mini was born Nov. 9, 1947 in Chicago, the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Kaczorowski) Nowinski. She had worked for the Art Espe Insurance Agency (State Farm) prior to retirement. Christine was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Sublette.

Mini married John J. “Jack” Mini May 27, 1972 at St. Mary of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Chicago. He preceded her in death April 5, 2023. She was also preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Frank and Johnny Nowinski and one sister Margie Mini.

Christine is survived by two sons, Christopher Mini of Clermont, FL and Gregory Mini of Chicago, one granddaughter Kaylee Mini, two sisters Kathy Supinski and Mary Comiso, and three brothers Ted Nowinski, Peter Nowinski, and Joe Nowinski.

Mass of Christian Burial was held on Saturday, Nov. 30, 2024 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Sublette. Rev. Randy Fronek officiated. Burial followed in St. Mary Cemetery in Sublette. Visitation was Friday, Nov. 29, 2024 with scripture service at the Mihm-Jones Funeral Home in Amboy. Arrangements by the Mihm-Jones Funeral Home in Amboy.
