AMBOY – Senior Eddie Jones not only set a milestone of scoring 1,000-plus career points by finishing fifth in Amboy boys basketball history with 1,192 points, but he also made some noise in the conference.
Jones was named to the Northwest Upstate Illini Conference South Division First Team for his excellence throughout the duration of the season.
Also representing Amboy on the all-conference team were senior Quinn Leffelman and junior Ezra Parker, who were both honorable mention.
