AMBOY – The Amboy baseball team saw Amboy High School listed six times on the Northwest Upstate Illini All-Conference Team released on Friday, May 24.
Juniors Eddie Jones and Quinn Leffelman were on the NUIC First Team. Seniors Landon Montavon, Landon Whelchel, and sophomore Rylan McNinch were named to the second team. Junior Dillon Merriman was honorable mention.
The conference MVP, the Jamie Koehn Award, was given to Eastland High School’s Hunter Miller and Polo won the Team Sportsmanship Award.
