Since there was (and continues to be) so much to learn about the 1861- 1865 Civil War, students in Ms. Ashley Medlin’s U.S. History class completed a choice project that focused on various aspects of the war.
Students worked individually to complete their choice of papers, trading cards, posters, and models as a form of project-based learning that gave students the opportunity to work hands-on while developing their historical knowledge and skills.
AHS will be hosting College and Career for students from approximately 8:30-11:15 a.m. Monday, Feb. 10. Any businesses are welcome to come and set up a table to speak about their business.
Please contact Mrs. Janet Crownhart at jcrownhart@amboy.net to let her know your business will be attending. The more, the better opportunities for our students.
