AMBOY – The first Amboy Food Truck Monday of its second full season will be from 4-8 p.m. Monday, April 28 at the Amboy Depot Museum.
The participating food trucks are Taco Guzman, Philly Factory, The Press Box, The Bluesy Box, Big B BBQ, JYD’s, Naiho’s Eggrolls & More, Cousins Main Lobster, Main Squeeze, and Bumble Bites.
Shop while you eat as vendors option include HoneyBee Apiary, S&J Hobby Farm, Meddling Sheep LLC, Gold Key Boutique, Regional Office of Education, and Amboy High School Student Council’s bake sale.
New this year, the food trucks will be parked alongside the west side of the depot, where trucks are parked during Amboy Depot Days. The vendors will be located in the depot parking lot.
The rest of the season’s Mondays are May 12, June 16, July 14, August 4, September 15, and October 13.
