Weekend of events planned in Sublette

SUBLETTE – Pullin’ in the Park scheduled for Sept. 11 in Sublette was postponed due to the weather. 

It will now be held on Sunday, Sept. 18 behind Ellice Dinges School. Check-in is at 8 a.m. and the pull starts at 11 a.m. There will be activities for children, including games and a bounce house.

The Sublette Country Car Show will be held from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17. 

The location is moved to Sublette Centennial Park rather than along U.S. 52. The show will feature Kaiser-Frazer, Willys-Overland, and Hudson and Nash, but all makes of antique, classic and special interest cars, trucks and motorcycles are welcome. 

There may even be a few tractors at the show. There will be no judging. Food will be available and there will be a 50/50 drawing.
