AMBOY — The Travi family is proud to announce the recipients of the Travi Family Scholarship. Our family is a strong believer in the value of education and how education can play an important role in one’s future life successes. The local community has been very supportive of our family in our personal lives and professional careers.
It is our honor to financially help in a small way our future citizens and community leaders achieve their career goals. The decision this year was a difficult due to the high quality of applicants. This year’s recipients not only excelled in the classroom but were very involved in community service and extracurricular activities at the high school throughout their four years.
THE 2020 TRAVI FAMILY SCHOLARSHIP RECIPI-ENTS ARE:
Mercedes Bell. She will be pursuing a career in radiation therapy.
Nastasja Vaessen. She will be majoring in education.
Congratulations to both recipients and best of luck with your future career goals.
