SUMMER READING PROGRAM BEGINS

The Pankhurst Memorial Library kicked off its four-week Summer Reading Program on Tuesday, June 7. The theme this year is camping, calling it “Read S’more about it.” Children ranging in ages from pre-school to fourth grade, three days a week, get the chance to read a book aloud, make a camping styled craft, enjoy snacks, and get the opportunity to pick a weekly prize depending on how much they read at home.
