STERLING — Ken Robbins celebrated his 90th birthday on Sept. 19, 2020.
He grew up on farms in rural Amboy and Harmon and graduated from Amboy High School. He served in the Army during the Korean conflict and was stationed in Hawaii. He is retired from both farming and the USPS where he was an Amboy rural carrier.
He married Bernie Worrell (deceased) and had two daughters, Marnie (the late Rick) Slater, Lynette (Bob) Mackay, and one son, Jeffrey (deceased). He has five granddaughters, Malia, Marissa, Mackenzie, Cassidy and Peyton, and one great-granddaughter, Laetyn.
