AMBOY-The Independent Farm Insurance Agents of Illinois inducted Lisa Quest, of Leffelman & Associates, to their Board of Directors on Thursday, June 7.
Quest, of rural Van Orin, has been employed at Leffelman & Associates for 25 years and runs the Amboy Office. She was chosen for the IFIAI Board based on her experience in insurance.
“I hope to gain more knowledge about the farming industry along with networking with other farm insurance agents,” said Quest when asked about what she hoped the opportunity to serve on the board would provide. “Also, I hope to make a few new friendships along the way.”
Originally organized in 1928, the Independent Farm Insurance Agents of Illinois work to promote the common interests of the independent farm insurance agents of Illinois by improving the business conditions for the members and offering educational programs covering topics of common interest to the membership. The organization also works to establish and encourage communication among members on all matters related to the farm insurance industry.
