AMBOY — Dennis Marsili and Judith Ferguson were united in marriage on Jan. 20, 1968 at St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Wheaton.
The couple met at Northern Illinois University and eventually settled in Amboy where they currently reside.
They have three children: Laura (Mitch) Bessert, of Meridian, Miss., Brian (Stacey) Marsili, of Sterling, and Amy (Brian) Jorgensen, of Kansas City, MO. They are blessed with four grandchildren: Nici (17), Ella (8), Will (4) and Lydia (4).
Denny and Judy are retired school teachers who enjoy spending their free time traveling to visit their children and grandchildren, volunteering in their community and with St. Patrick’s Parish in Amboy and exploring the outdoors.
