AMBOY — Fill your gardens with growing things and your heart with a giving attitude. The Lee County Master Gardeners will host their annual Plant Sale from 8 a.m. to noon, on Saturday, May 19, at the Lee County 4-H, 1196 Franklin Road, Amboy.
All proceeds benefit the Extension programs offered in Lee County Extension including 4-H, Master Gardeners, parenting, community and economic development and agriculture workshops. Master Gardeners are contributing plants right from their gardens. Plants to be sold include annuals, perennials, vegetables, shrubs, grasses, and flowers.
