AMBOY — Amboy and West Carroll played a tight three-set match that went to the Lady Clippers, 17-25, 25-23, 25-20, on April 19 at the AHS gym.
Mallory Powers (10) and Olivia Dinges (5) topped the Lady Clippers in kills, Gabby Jones dished out 20 assists, Dinges had three blocks, and Eden Lindenmeyer (16), Powers (13) and Madelyn McLaughlin had stellar defensive efforts with double-digit digs. Brianna Blaine added two blocks, while Dinges, Gabby Jones and Elly Jones had one ace serve apiece.

The Lady Clippers made short work of Polo, 25-13, 25-17 on April 22 at the AHS gym.
Powers led the charge with 12 kills and Gabby Jones jump-started the offense with 17 assists. Blaine added four kills, while Dinges and McLaughlin had three apiece. Blaine also had a good night at the service line with five aces and Lindenmeyer supplied 11 digs.

Amboy wrapped up the season with a 25-23, 25-20 triumph at Polo on April 24.
Powers hammered down 12 kills and Gabby Jones set up the offense with 18 assists. Blaine chipped in with four kills, while leading the way in digs were Lindenmeyer (17), Powers (9) and McLaughlin (8).
The Lady Clippers concluded the season with an 8-5 overall record and a 6-2 conference mark.
