Other schools in the sectional include Aledo (Mercer County), Cambridge [Coop], Earlville, Erie [Coop], Fulton (H.S.), Manlius (Bureau Valley), Milledgeville [Coop], Morrison, Orion, Port Byron (Riverdale), Rock Island (Alleman), Savanna (West Carroll), Sherrard, Sterling (Newman Central Catholic) and Taylor Ridge (Rockridge).
Athletes are competing for a chance to advance to the IHSA State Track Meet, which will be held Thursday, June 17 at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston.
Girls Track Sectional
The Amboy-LaMoille girls’ track team will compete in the Taylor Ridge (Rockridge) Sectional on Thursday, June 3. Field events start at 4 p.m. and running events begin at 6 p.m.
Other schools in the sectional include Erie [Coop], Fulton (H.S.), Granville (Putnam County), Manlius (Bureau Valley), Milledgeville [Coop], Morrison, Orion, Peru (St. Bede), Port Byron (Riverdale), Savanna (West Carroll), Sherrard, Spring Valley (Hall), Sterling (Newman Central Catholic) and Taylor Ridge (Rockridge).
