AUSTIN, Texas — Mr. Francisco “Pancho” Enriquez died peacefully in Austin, Texas on Dec. 17, 2017 at the age of 76.
Francisco is survived by his wife, Beverly of Austin, Texas; his children, Frank Enriquez (Denna) of Argyle, Texas, Paula Argiropoulos (David), of Phoenix, Ariz., Eric Enriquez (Sylvia), of Donna, Texas, and Susan Sandoval (Juan), of Austin, Texas. He is survived by seven grandchildren: Dalton, Weston, Quinten, Sarai, Gabriel, Siena and Rafael. Francisco is also survived by nine brothers and sisters and many nieces and nephews.
Francisco was born on Sept. 8, 1941 in Jimenez, Mexico to Higinio and Evangelina Enriquez. He married Beverly Stewart in Amboy, in December of 1962. Over 55 years, the couple welcomed four children into their home and set about teaching them how to be good and upstanding individuals. His children remember him as a kind, understanding and hardworking father who encouraged them to pursue their goals.
Francisco was accomplished at farming and as a business owner. He was a generous and dedicated individual who loved horses and who was passionate about spending time with his family. He was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in LaCoste, Texas.
A Celebration of Life service has been scheduled. The family would like to thank Baylor Scott and White Medical Center for their efforts and dedication to care.
