AMBOY — Momentum Healthcare, LLC announces its appointment as the new management company for Aperion Care of Amboy, located at 15 West Wasson Road, Amboy. The facility will operate under its new name, Maple Crossing at Amboy.

Maple Crossing at Amboy, a 97-bed facility specializes in short-term care for patients recovering from an illness or injury, as well as long-term care for those who no longer can remain at home.  Maple Crossing also has a 17-bed secured Alzheimer’s/Dementia Unit. This unit provides a home-like atmosphere in a safe and secure environment for the dementia patient with specially trained staff who understand the challenges associated with the disease.

In addition to Maple Crossing at Amboy, Momentum Healthcare will now have six locations in Northern Illinois including Oregon Living and Rehab Center, Franklin Grove Living and Rehab Center, The Meadows Assisted Living of Franklin Grove, Prairie Crossing Living and Rehab, and Prairie Crossing Supportive Living.
