MONTGOMERY — Jessica M. Elkins, of Aurora, and Anthony I. Wheeler, of Montgomery, are engaged to be married.
Parents of the couple are Mark and Donna Elkins, of Aurora, and Frederick Jr., and Andrea Wheeler, of Amboy.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Lathrop High School in Alaska, and graduated from Aurora University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
She is employed at Belter Financial Services as an accountant.
Her fiancé is a graduate of Amboy High School, and a graduate of Illinois State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business.
He is employed at Old Second National Bank as a BSA/OFAC Specialist.
The couple is planning to wed on Saturday, June 29, 2019, at Herrington Inn, in Geneva.
