AMBOY — Donald S. Donoho III, 57, of Amboy, died Monday, Feb. 10, 2020 at his home.
He was born Feb. 20, 1962 in Amboy the son of Donald and M. Darlene (McCardle) Donoho, Jr. He was an electrician at Bay Valley Foods in Dixon for 10 years and was a freelance mechanic.
He was a dog lover and farmer.
He married Shirley Moeller Etheridge on May 31, 2010 at his family farm in Amboy.
Don is survived by his wife, Shirley; sister, M. Denise Donoho, of Amboy; children, Lisa (Nathan) Chandler, of Tampa, Fla., Alicen (Jesse Morency) Etheridge, of Lombard, Shaina Jones, of DeKalb, Leigha Jones, of DeKalb; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother David in infancy.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., on Saturday, Feb. 15, 2020, at the Mihm-Jones Funeral Home in Amboy. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m., on Saturday, at the funeral home. Cremation will follow with burial of cremains at a later date at Woodside Cemetery in Lee Center.
