Oregon looked to be in control of the contest as it turned a 14-10 lead after the opening quarter into a 38-24 halftime advantage. The Clippers were still staring up at a 46-35 deficit with just eight minutes left when they fought back in the fourth period sparked by nine points from Mitchell McLaughlin, but the comeback fell short.
