MENDOTA – The Amboy-LaMoille boys’ track team finished second in a triangular meet at Mendota on April 4. Kewanee won the meet with 69 points and the Clippers had 44. Mendota was third with 39 points.
Thomas Stamberger (1600 & 3200 runs) had two of A-L’s four first-place finishes. Robert Brittingham also took first in the 100-meter dash and the 4x200 relay team earned the top spot.
