Radio Controlled Racing was new to the fair this year at the Lee County Fair. Sponsors, Applequist Farms, Book Farms, Don Meyer Farms, Hummel Farms, Park View Angus, Shippert Farms and Wolf Farms Precision, made it possible for anyone to participate for free in daily races. Winners of daily races moved on to compete for the Champion's Trophy on Sunday. Maureen Wright, of Fast Action Motorsports Entertainment, shows the trophy to participants and explains the rules, including "No whining, crying or complaining." (Photo by Mary Mays)
