AMBOY — On March 11th the Amboy FFA Chapter hosted the Section 2 Parliamentary Procedure Career Development Event (CDE).
This contest consists of a 25 question multiple choice test and a 10 minute demonstration followed by oral questions. Other schools competing included Rochelle and Ashton- Franklin Center. Amboy took first place followed by Rochelle. The top chairman was Margaret Vaessen from Amboy. The top three floor members, respectively, were Nick Tarr, Andruw Jones, and Kelton Schwamberger all from Amboy. Amboy and Rochelle will advance to the District competition on April 29 at Blackhawk college.
