The Lee County Fair Association recognized Sandy Draper as their 2018 Friend of the Fair. Draper served as a member of the Fair Association for 20 years while also serving as a 4-H leader and superintendent of the swine department. Draper said, "I don't have any regrets of my time invested as a leader or as a board member. Every fair brings back great feelings of pride in the 4H-ers with all they learn and accomplish."
